Founded in Chichester by vets, tech enthusiasts & pet lovers, Vetsy is an independent online veterinary practice that connects pet parents with certified vets for advice, treatment and prescriptions. Our main goal is to modernise pet care by offering convenient, affordable and on-demand access to professional veterinary services and medicines.
Why we created Vetsy
Getting a pet to a vet can be expensive, time consuming and stressful for both Pet and Pet parents. With online vet care you can get access to immediate advice and treatment which can save you the time, cost and the stress.
Pet parents have on average 27 pet related concerns a year, but only visit the vets twice a year. With an online vet you can get the advice you need, when you need it; no matter how big or small the concern.

Meet the founder
Charlotte Gray
BVetMed CertAVP ECC MRCVS
After graduating from the Royal Vet College, London, Charlotte started her veterinary career in the Middle East, becoming exposed to a whole array of animals from the street cats of Dubai to beloved and well-travelled pooches, and not forgetting the odd camel!
It wasn’t long before she was drawn home, to the green countryside of the South Downs and started practising in and around West Sussex. She has gained a wealth of experience from practising in first opinion practices, busy 24-hour hospitals, out of hour facilities and charity work.
She can also be found dedicating her free time treating the pets of people experiencing homelessness! Through her years in practice, Charlotte gained an advanced practitioner certificate in Emergency medicine and Surgery - she loves to apply her skills wherever and whenever needed.
However, she has become frustrated and saddened at the (unavoidable) ever increasing cost of animal care. She therefore endeavours to do all she can through Vetsy to help every pet receive some form of veterinary advice and treatment or guidance on appropriate management and care for each condition, no matter how big or small!
